Debbieh, Borjain & Ain El Hor Planning Scheme
Debbieh, Borjain & Ain El Horr are three adjacent towns located 20 minutes drive from South Beirut and 600m above sea level.
The design Scheme was planned to solve the housing problem in Beirut where land cost is very high.
The Master Plan includes general land zoning, location of services and roads, taking into consideration the modest planning aspects adopted for similar projects.
