Spectrum Engineering Consultants’s scope of work was to undertake a Topographical survey in order to prepare a Presidential decree to settle and legalize the residents’ properties given originally by the cancelled Department of Construction.
The scope of work included all 4784 residential units, including internal surveys, demographic survey, services survey, topographic survey and all related data collection for the preparation of the decree.
Area of Study for the three Zones: 175 Hectares
