Seef Tower
The project consists of a 40 story tower, where the sea view, car parking and the flexibility of design; as it could be used as residential or office building; all played a major role in the design procedure of the four alternatives.
Alt.-1- is mainly residential as the block is divided diagonally into two apartments.
Alt.-2- is also residential where each floor is divided into two rectangular apartments having equal views to the sea.
Alt.-3- is an office building with an underground parking, where each floor could be easily divided into six compartments.
Alt.-4 is an office block above three-story car parking, where each floor could also be divided into six compartments.
All alt. of the 40 story tower were designed to meet the above criteria as well as to respect and to reflect the surrounding buildings.
