Jbab El-Homor – Hermel Road
The Road has two lanes, one for each direction with a total length of 19Km and a pavement width of 7m, plus 1.5m shoulder on each side. The pavement adopted for the road is a flexible pavement. It is selected on a drainable foundation to avoid destruction caused by frost and defrost in the structure of the road.
The works include:
- Earthworks;
- Pavements: Subbase and base course crushed aggregates;
- Asphaltic concrete binder and wearing courses;
- Storm water drainage and discharge;
- Reinforced concrete: Box culverts, Retaining walls…etc;
- Roadway marking and signage;
- Landscaping.
