The project is an educational complex containing 3 blocks covering a total area of 2800 m2, and fits 372 students as follows:
- Block 1 – Administration and Pre-elementary School: 1 level covered 480 m2, containing 2 classrooms (one section) for Pre-elementary School with all related services to occupy 48 students, and containing the administration section.
- Block 2 – Multipurpose Hall: Double volume Multipurpose Hall covered 220 m2
- Block 3 – Elementary and Intermediate Schools: 3 levels covered 2100 m2, containing 6 classrooms (one section) for Elementary School to occupy 216 students, and 3 classrooms (one section) for Intermediate School to occupy 108 students.
