Design of 26 Schools in Beirut

Services provided were divided into phases as follows:

Phase one: Preliminary Design Report (APS) indicates the design criteria and concept, space program and estimated construction cost followed by structural, mechanical and electrical design concepts with a soil investigation report showing the characteristics of the site.
Phase two: Permit Drawings.
Phase Three: Fundamental Design Report (APD) indicates the major technical considerations which are implemented in choosing materials, systems and methods of constructions.
Phase Four: Tender Documents (DCE) including final design drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.
Phase Five: Assistance during tender.
