VIP TOWERS
The consultancy services for the design of two residential towers each 43 stories located in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
The project consists of:
1- Three basements utilized as parking for the complex in addition to the spaces needed for services.
2- Ground floor utilized for the complex entrance and the Mall.
3- Four floors Mall.
4- 35 storey two towers used for different sizes of apartments.
5- Pent house used as private residence.
In addition to the mechanical floors located between typical floors.
