The Project consists of the Design, Supervision, and Project Management for the construction of an office building in Kuwait.
As Kuwait City present new economic challenges everyday, new development projects are highly required as they provide solid ground for such challenges.
In this prospect, Spectrum Engineering Consultants designed this ambitious forty-storey urban tower that provides enthusiastic investors with flexible offices space, while the base of the tower acts as an extremely interactive public commercial space.
The geometry of the white façade with the horizontal strip windows as the branches and the vertical glass dividers as the trunk present the tower as an on-growing tree, which symbolizes the economic prosperity.
