200 Bed Maternity/Pediatric Hospital, Sulaimany, Kurdistan Region
The Complex consists of 3 major blocks covers about 30450 m2 as follows:
- Main Hospital Block.
- Staff Accommodation Block
- Service Building Block
The Design Concept of the Project was to achieve a perfectly functional hospital with the best working spaces, functional and medical equipment. All departments were well distributed among the hospital floors to attain the most comfortable circulation.
The Complex is composed of : Parking, workshops, General stores, CSSD, Laundry, staff lounge, waste treatment, catering, morgue, main entrance, emergency department, Radiology, laboratory, medical records, administration, OPD clinics and doctor offices, inpatient wards, delivery rooms, NICU, operation theaters, CCU, PICU, ICU, and doctor-on-call rooms.
All fire safety and precaution measures and regulations were taken into consideration in the design and construction of the hospital.
