Bab El-Tabaneh / Quobeh Housing Complex

The Project consists of the Design, Supervision, and Project Management for the Reconstruction of the area between Bab El Tabaneh and Al-Quobeh in Tripoli – North Lebanon, including the preparation of the expropriation documents for the decree.
The Project consists of:

  1. Ninety Six (96) buildings including 1018 housing units.
  2. Service Buildings such as Schools, Police building, Complex administration building, etc…).
  3. Infrastructure works include: Potable water network, Sewage network, Storm water, Telephone installation, Internal roads, Sidewalks, Road lightings…etc.
  4. Main water tank for the whole project including water tank at ground level with capacity of 1,500 m3, pump station, and upper water tank with capacity of 350 m3.
