The Project consists of the Design of 35 Storey building in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The project is located in Almaty at the main road of the city in a very proper location.

The site is composed of :

  1. Portion owned by the UNITED UNIVERSAL CO.
  2. Portion owned by the Rail Way Department and going to be leased to UNITED UNIVERSAL CO.

The estimated site area is about 3,000 m2.

And the project is going to be used as:

  1. Parking
  2. Commercial (shops – Department Store – Supermarket – Food Courts).
  3. Office Spaces
  4. Restaurants
  5. Residential Apartments
  6. VIP suites and offices
