  • Residential Area with all related Facilities

The Services are: Complete Design, Construction Supervision and Project Management including but not limited to:

  • All design Phases from Concept Design till Tender documents
  • Assistance during tender.etc…
  • Supervise all Contractor Works,
  • Revision for the Shop drawings and material submitted by the Contractor.
  • Preparation of Payments, Comparison Schedules, and study of the Claims of the Contractor
