Ashty City, Irbil

The Complex consists of the following:

Three (3) zones for lot area 225 m2 having 1588 unit
Four (4) zones for lot area 400 m2 having 1200 unit along with roads, parking, gardens, green areas and pedestrian bridges for the accessibility of the two different zones.
Service buildings were located in the middle to serve the needs of both separated zones and attain most comfortable environment with best working function for the city, service buildings compose of clinics, office buildings, sport club, civic center, mall, public school, retail, mosque, kinder garten, and other public buildings.
3 alternatives were proposed for the distribution of the lots and their located services units.
