The Lebanese Government intends to develop The Hadath Syrian Border Pan Arab Highway.
Spectrum Engineering Consultants undertook a complete topographic survey based on aerial photometry and ground topo surveying including evaluation of the lands on both sides of the highway from Chtaura to Masnaa.
Preparation of the grouping and reparcelation decree, including all related urban studies and services required.
