The Design concept of the project was to achieve a fully functional village with all services, and provide a comfortable environment for the residential units.
The Complex consists of 8 Blocks that cover about 294,000 m2 as follows:
- Villas of 3 types (62 units of Type 1, 35 units of Type 2, and 59 units of Type 3)
- Club and Sport Facilities
- Filling Station
- Clinic
- Kindergarten
- Mosque
- Market
- Commercial and Residential Block, along with parking, roads, green area, water fountain and main entrance.
