ROTANA STAFF BUILDING
The project consists of the Design, Supervision, and Project Management for the construction of 5 storey Staff building that take 30 Staff Rooms derived in 3 staff room types in Erbil area, North Iraq.
The Project consists of:
– One Basement that house the storage areas, Mechanical and Electrical Rooms with all related facilities and services.
– Ground Floor Level includes Entrance Hall, Lounges and 6 units of (2 in one room) with all related facilities and services.
– First Floor Plan includes 5 units of (2 in one room) and 3 units of (3 in one room) with all related facilities and services.
– Second Floor Plan includes 8 unit of (3 in one room) with all related facilities and services.
– Third Floor Plan includes 8 unit of (single bed room) with all related facilities and services.
