The project consists of the design of the Seef office and residential development tower in Al Seef zone, Manama, Kingdome of Bahrain.
The Project consists of:
1- One basement utilized for parking and building services.
2- Ground floor utilized for tower and parking entrances.
3- Mezzanine floor utilized as an administration for the tower.
4- Four above ground parking floors to house 1000 car parks.
5- 22 Typical office floors.
6- 22 Typical residential floors.
7- Private duplex type pent house.
In addition to the mechanical floors located between typical floors.
