The Project consists of the Design, Supervision, and Project Management for the construction of a residential building in Beirut-Lebanon, including the preparation of the expropriation documents for the decree.
The Residential building is designed to house four apartments per floor composed of 2 bedrooms apartments and 3 bedrooms apartments with all necessary facilities.
15 typical floors residential one ground floor for entrances and car parks.
The building also includes one basement.
