The project is an educational complex containing 4 blocks covering a total area of 9050 m2, and fits 2016 students as follows:
- Block 1 – Elementary School: 4 levels covered 4290 m2, containing 36 classrooms (six sections) with all related workshops and services to occupy 1296 students.
- Block 2 – Administration: 1 level covered 370 m2, containing the administration section.
- Block 3 – Intermediate and Secondary Schools: 4 levels covered 4180 m2, containing 15 classrooms (five sections) for Intermediate School to occupy 540 students, and 6 classrooms (two sections) for Secondary School to occupy 180 students.
- Block 4 – Multipurpose Hall: Double volume Multipurpose Hall covered 220 m2.
