CADD Capabilities
Spectrum utilizes AutoCAD Release 2005/2007/2010 with Softdesk civil engineering; architectural, structural road and transportation design, electrical and mechanical software on an extensive network of IBM compatible computer workstations, printers and plotters that allow professional and technical staff to develop designs to meet all project and
client requirements.
Three dimensional wire frame models, computer redesigns and computer animations are also used to present design alternatives and solutions on a project specific basis. Combined with in-house electronic survey capabilities, and customized project management tools, project progress is monitored from preliminary design through all phases of contract administration.

Spectrum has obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and committed to ensure that its quality system is fully and completely understood by its employees and everyone working for Spectrum, and that the procedures of its quality system are implemented and maintained at all times. The quality system is periodically and systematically reviewed by means of both internal and external audits.
To fully utilize our in-house expertise in providing the solutions to the client problems, our senior directors review each project. The appropriate multi-disciplinary team led by a dedicated project manager reports back to a senior director providing hands-on quality assurance and responsiveness.
